Granbell Hotel Colombo
"Very nice hotel. Got to try city view and sea view. I had a minor inconvenience with the toilet door. Other than that amazing hotel. Will definitely come back."
Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams
"The hotel delivers well on core fundamentals. The room was clean, well-maintained, and notably spacious, which made the stay comfortable and practical. Check-in at reception took longer than expected, which slightly impacted the arrival experience. That said, staff were professional once the process moved forward. A major plus is the on-site casino located within the same building, offering convenient entertainment options without needing to travel elsewhere. Breakfast was acceptable overall. It met basic expectations but did not stand out in terms of variety or quality."
Marino Beach Colombo
"The room is soo nice and spacious. So clean and hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall and places you can have fun in the same building. A huge swimming pool as well. I always stay at marino beach colombo."
Sofia Colombo City Hotel
"I stayed x3 nights. I felt very safe throughout my stay, which was most important to me as a solo traveler. The security staff were attentive and reassuring and the front desk team were always polite and friendly.Chef Anil (I hope I remembered the name correctly) was exceptionally kind, when I had an upset stomach, he made me a fresh lime juice that really helped. The buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of variety, and house keeping kept everything clean and comfortable.Overall, a caring and welcoming hotel that made me feel truly looked after.Highly recommended."
Mandarina Colombo
"I had a over night stay at mandarin it was nice place Nice rooms and good restaurants and quality food. Special thanks to the staff they were so friendly"

"Craving a city escape where you’re pampered from check-in to the last sunset cocktail? NH Collection Colombo stands out in Sri Lanka’s buzzing capital, blending urban convenience, plush comfort, and picture-perfect sea views. 🌊 Whether you’re here for business or to soak up Colombo’s historic streets, this hotel is your launchpad for adventure and relaxation. The large, airy rooms are a guest favorite, especially those with panoramic sea views—wake up to sunlight dancing on the Indian Ocean and enjoy a serene start in a comfy, neat space. Make time for the rooftop Infinity Pool & Bar, an insta-worthy spot for sunset sips or just lazing with a view. Booking tip: Reserve early on trip.com, especially for high-floor, ocean-view rooms. If you want maximum relaxation, take advantage of the rooftop pool in the quieter morning hours."

"Everything was perfect, the receptionist also helped us with some deliveries and printing papers."

"Not bad at all. It was raining heavily in Bangladesh, and this hotel felt quite safe with good security. The staff were all very enthusiastic. The only downside was the humid weather, but the room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well."

Radisson Hotel Colombo
"Perfect for a quick getaway! We enjoyed a seamless stay. The location is unbeatable, putting us right in the heart of the action. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the breakfast selection in the morning was outstanding, the perfect way to start the day. Friendly service and a great atmosphere made this a memorable stop."

"Very good experience"
Pegasus Reef - A Beach Resort in Colombo
"We had a lovely stay at this hotel overall. The private beach is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The pool area is also great, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had strong AC, which made a big difference in the heat. The staff were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing to note is that we didn’t receive responses regarding booking tours through the hotel, even after following up. I would recommend arranging any tours or activities in advance to avoid inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the relaxing atmosphere."
ITC Ratnadipa, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Colombo
"Location is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready. Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait. Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating. Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo."
Cinnamon Lakeside
"Excellent stay. Highly recommended I had a very pleasant stay at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic and the staff genuinely go out of their way to help. The breakfast was a highlight. There is a very big variety and great choice of options, which made mornings enjoyable and convenient. At one point the phone in our room stopped working. I went to reception to inform them and they immediately sent a technician. The issue was fixed in under 10 minutes, which shows how efficient and responsive the team is. Room service was also very accommodating. I was travelling alone with my daughter and the staff made extra effort to make everything easy and comfortable for us. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."
Mirage Colombo
"This hotel is pretty good. Close to the sea with a nice view. Lovely swimming pool, good restaurant and welcoming stuff"
Supun Arcade Residency
"nice amazing"
Renuka City Hotel
"not good as compared with room rent"
Zylan Colombo
"This restaurant offers Thai fusion dishes. We ordered the Thai street food classic - Phad Thai - after seeing a picture of its fusion version. That was the strangest Phad Thai we ever had. We truly missed the classic street food version. The Chicken Grill was tasty. The shrimp soup was a distant cousin of the Thai classic Tom Yum Kung. The highlight of the evening was the Narang Slush. We wanted more of it."
Jetwing Colombo Seven
"This hotel is in a very convenient location with a supermarket right in front of it. I think it's a great spot if you want to enjoy the city of Colombo. Even though I arrived late at night, the staff were very welcoming."
Hilton Colombo Hotel
"They keep me waiting for an hour even after 3pm. This is the worst hotel I have ever been."
Mount Lavinia Hotel
"I had high expectations so many people told be what a fabulous hotel it is and probably what they meant was what it WAS. So much history but clearly it needs so much TLC and investment. No hot water most of the time and couldn't shower when I wanted to over the 3 days. When I first arrived I actually thought it looked closed down. A lobby empty no atmosphere no furniture and a dull desk. Poor staff what they have to work with. I actually hate to think what the back of house areas look like. Cold buffet for bfast as no burners on so opted for eggs made to order. I feel just so sorry for them but this poor hotel with so much history is sliding down the gutter unless someone takes it on. Rooms so tired and absolutely old minimal amenities in room. No bath mat, rusty bin just so sad. My rate not high so not worth complaining. One of the nights I booked late so was double but they clearly need the money. I gave feedback to staff but clearly he's used to it as he said nothing, don't even remember an apology just a glare of embarrassment. I wish I could recommend this hotel but I can't. Feel so bad because it has so much history. So hope an investor comes along because it could be amazing or more like the Galle Fort Hotel that has been well maintained."
Hilton Colombo Residence
"Liked the facility, spacioys, very neat and tidy as expected. Staff were very friendly and wiilung to help with Amy needs. You couldn't aso lore. Happy!."
